Claims Reporting & Handling:
1.Concrete matters should be reported to the local distributor.
2.Quality policy & inspection certificate should be provided as well as claims reporting.
3.The company only is responsible for GBPSC hydraulic breaker itself, not downtime、work-
related injury and other matters related to caused by quality problem.
4. During the mentioned warranty period, work hours are calculated in accordance with standard
hours based on 8hours/day.
5.The quality warranty has been carried out by virtue of certificate of qualification issued since
April 20, 2013,previously the terms still work.
